Just Another Night

Just some fun at Max's bar ... we got music and superheroes and whatever!!! With all the hoopla about The Watchmen, I decided to showcase three of the figures from the move as well as some of the more recent DC Direct figures I got. Lots of fun for all ... remember if you click on the pix, they grow!!!

He's a REBEL ...

... and he’ll never be any good!!! Assembled in a mythical back alley are a few of my most recent action figures. The story focuses on “REBEL”, the first action figure from Tom of Finland. He’s quite the figure with a very detailed leather outfit, he’s also tall, a full 13 inches tall, he’s closer in size to the DC Direct 1/6th figures who are also 13 inches tall. The DC Direct Batman and the Superman Returns figures are in the alley as well. There is also the really cool Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow, unfortunately his boots are molded on and his outfit won’t come off. For size comparison, there’s the G.I. Joe Land Adventurer from Hot Topic ... a very cool repro with Kung-Fu Grip!!!! Two more Joes also show up, they are from the G.I. Joe Collector’s Club and are the 35th Anniversary Adventure Team reproductions. Anyway, enjoy the story. (Click on the pictures for larger versions)
